Every solar plan delivered through Intelligent Buyers is shared with a maximum of three certified installers in the relevant area. We deliberately cap the distribution — so you're never one of ten companies chasing the same homeowner.

If your installation volumes justify it, an exclusivity agreement can reduce that number to one. You receive the plan. No other company does. Exclusivity is discussed at assessment stage can be structured as a standalone arrangement or layered onto any of the four fee models.

Which model should I choose?

Model A delivers the highest ROI if you can absorb the upfront annual fee of £3,500. If you prefer lower initial outlay, Models B, C, and D all still return well over 800% annually. We can help you model the right fit during the assessment process.

Can I switch models later?

Yes. Model transitions are available at renewal. If you start on Model C (Lead Only) and your volume justifies upgrading to a membership model, we'll apply a credit for leads already purchased within the membership period.

Is there a minimum volume commitment?

No. The 25 leads/month scenario used in our pricing tables is illustrative. We do not impose minimum purchase quotas. Leads are delivered as homeowners in your area complete qualified solar plans through the IB service.

Are there any charges I haven't mentioned?

No. There are no setup fees, no onboarding charges, no technology fees, and no cancellation penalties. What you see in the table is the complete IB cost structure under each model.

How is the revenue share model calculated (Model D)?

The 3% is applied to the gross installation invoice value — the amount the homeowner pays. This is reported by you on a monthly basis and invoiced in arrears. There is no independent auditing requirement, though IB reserves the right to request supporting invoices.

What does "verified" actually mean?

Every plan holder has been phone-verified by the IB team, has confirmed an active interest in proceeding to quotation, and has had a personalised solar plan generated for their property. We do not release a plan until these three conditions are met.
